The QP242 is a modular placer. If you have the BS (single head)module with the MTU7 tray unit you can most definitely place this device. If you have the BI units with no tray tower it is doubtful.

The machine has a vacuum pump in it. This is what I expected also, but the machine does not have a Vac pump on it. The unit is sealed by Dage, the unit is a crystal type vacuum tube not a filament type. Regards. Darron

If it's like ours, it's an AC unit, not a chiller. Easy to hook up with a hose to the printer + power to the unit. You'll need to empty the water from the drip pan from time to time (collects condensation).

This is not an HVAC unit. This is a small unit attached to a production machine to keep the solder paste from drying out prematurely or slumping. The volume of air being cooled and desicated would be less than 3 or 4 cubic meters.

Hi Ronnie, We are still working with Europlacer on this, but thanks for the offer. One piece of advice, if you are thinking of expanding later go for the max unit with the top hat extension now as once it is built it can't be expanded. Thanks,
