Hi Mark, Look on the bright side, if you want to change from HASL you've got the lead free issue which will allow you to evaluate all other finishes, and find the best one for you. Dave, have you seen any unleaded HASL finishes & any issues arising

Hi, We have done many 0402's with Hydra. We have done 0201's with the single head on Linescan but have yet to actually run them on Hydra. We now have a machine equipped to do this with the corresponding hydra tips. I will update as soon as I have an

We recently acquired used MPM Accuflex. Immediately I noticed the live vision is mirrored. This makes it incredibly difficult to teach fiducials. I noticed some smudges on the lens, which leads me to believe the camera assembly was "worked on" at som

The UFP was a designation for "ultra-fine-pitch"; but, for the most part, you should be able to get the same placements out of both machines. Anything 0402 or above can be mechanically centered. The UFP machine will lean on optical centering for .5

Clarissa Even with a sound support team, buying used equipment is always risky. Some things to consider 1) Call the manufacturer, and make sure they still support the equipment, Parts and Technical. 2) Look at the machines with somebody who knows t
