Chris, is right! Pad geometry is one of the biggest factors of tomb-stoning. Check Pad size against parts size.

Don't you have to enter the generic password first in order to get to the user level password? It's a long time ago, but I remember vitronic as the generic password. Stefan

We are trying to quilify a No-Cclean solder paste and we would like to know what kind of criterias or measurments are use to qualify the amount residues? Can we use an omega meter for that? What equipment measures SIR?

Screen Printing with a Pallet.

I have a PCB that requires me to use a pallet for support. I was wondering if anyone out there is currently doing this. My biggest concern is screen printing. I think I know how to handle it - but just want to know about any pitfalls.

Water soluble No-clean Flux ?

Is it possible to have a no-clean flux that could be removed with water. I would like to use a single flux at wave solder that could satisfy both no-clean and water soluble customers, within a contract manufacturing environment. Thanks, Tim A.

Justin, You might want to look at the McDry storage cabinets, you can see them at http://www.seikausa.com. They are also carried by Metal Etching Technology in NJ at 609-261-2670. Not pass-through, but a variety of sizes and 3 different RH levels. M

leakage current in pcbs

Could someone please tell me if it is possible that erroneous 'leakage current' readings in an instrument could be inheritated by the type, design and fabrication of the PCB itself, if so then where could I find information relating to this subject.
