Hi everyone. I need ideas on how to organize all my stencils. We have over 300 and it takes so long to find then for a job. I was wondering if anyone had ideas?

Sorry to contradict your suggestion but the Asahi 300 series alloys contain indium which is both very expensive and has very limited availability.

I'm intrested in Sony SMT equipment. Can anyone help me? I was in China and saw a company with over 300 Sony mounters. I didn't know they even made SMT equipment.

We are using AIM WS300 solder paste and are experiencing excessive voiding on our BGAs. We have exhausted reflow profile alternatives and just can't beat the voids. Has anyone had success with this paste on BGAs? If so how?

Slain, A melting point of 300C would be a little too high for the components and tinny boards. I just heard they will market the watches as Swiss "army" watches which makes them exempt.

300 balls) was very negative. The lab gave us an estimate of 24~48 hours of run time before failure. I have had a number of lab experiences but never with as definate a report.

MF300S is quite an old flux, & a lot has happened since then on the flow solder front - are you sure it's designed for Lead free, or is it just a traditional flux that SHOULD work OK with Lead free?
