Have you considered metal Clad IMS PCBs rather than ceramic ones? "The circuits can be shaped drilled and formed, an advantage when compared to ceramic based product." Have a look at DK Thermal Solutions website http://www.dkthermal.co.uk

I use Center Edge, and adjust stencil offset. It's very easy, you just have to give it the PCBs width. An other advantage is that If your PCB has scrap strips, and you lose them, or PCB changes, you can print it anyway.

Ask yourself what advantage do you gain from a 200+K jet printer ? I'm thinking you could buy 1000+ stencils with 200K

Hi, I like DEK better. Each of them will have some advantages over the other one, but DEK Horizon software you can learn in a day without opening the manual. It is so easy to work with it.

Hi everyone! We are looking for a manual pick and place for prototyping and low volume. If the machine can make a PCB basic inspection, this is an advantage. I found Essemtec, I think is good, but do you have any others suggestion? Thank you
