Dear Chris, I suppose that you may contact Alpha Metals or Cookson Semiconductor guys. They offer several types of no-clean flux for flip chip application. I hope it would not be too late. Kelvin

Kyle I am using Multicore CR39 paste after a recommendation from another user. Until then we were using Koki paste (also good) but I found the CR39 just won. Regards, Chris.

Leon, Have you tried a piece of glass, deposit some flux onto glass, place the BGA in the glass to flux it, replace BGA and reflow using existing solder deposition ?? Regards, Chris

Hi Chris, You can move an item that has been sold into your "blue book". You do this by clicking on the listing and then clicking the link that says "Move item to Bluebook". Brian

Have a chat to the guys at QUAD. I believe they can supply printer/placement/reflow equipment as a turn key package and also incorporate board handling conveyors, gates etc; Regards, Chris.

Can someone explain what ageing means in terms of chip caps. Capacitor vendors state 7% per decade hour or 2-5-1 per decade hour. What does this mean? I think capacitor values lower over time but what is a decade hour. Thanks, Chris
