I should add we use one listed lube from each recommendation and were able to find everything (although that was close to 10 yrs. ago). We bought enough to outlast the oven so we haven't had to buy any since. The oven is still going strong!

Thanks! it was one of the T/C not over the hole. After looking all them over I had 3 not over the hole. Oven is running fine now.

I have an Conceptronics HVA102 that is displaying all "0s" in all zones. I tried a new mobo and power supply and it worked for a short time. However, after restart, the problem came back. I also tried reseating and cleaning all connectors and cards.

I think the problem is going to be the cooling zone location. All of the heat zones are built the same, but the cooling zone can not be moved easily.

Lead Free profiles can be achieved on 4 zone ovens on relatively simple boards (I did this for a year). The 4 zones can be a bear to get right for a really optimum profile. Assemblies with significant Delta T designs can be nearly impossible with 4

HI all, i have 2 omniflow 5 zone reflow ovens would these be suitable for rohs compliance also 2 iemme 760 reflow oven with 4 upper zone and 4 lower zones would these be suitable also any feed back would really help
