Unfortunately our customers expect this coating on the boards so that is not an option. There must be something that can mark underneath without washing off. The silk screen doesn't wash off

IPC J-STD-001 does not allow solder inspection to be combined with coating inspection for classes 2 and 3.

We use one quite often. Our machine is a Uvitron Conveyor 40 as we are a large coating house and this allows us to process many boards. Dymax also maufactures and sells machines as well. Humiseal and Dymax both manufacture UV coatings. Emerson Cuming

If you apply the RTV after coating, what happens to bond strength since you are now bonding to the coating and not the board? Will the caps still survive vibration and shock? I specify applying RTV before coating for this reason. Am I correct? I als
