Yeah, there's a MELF nozzle. Check with Fuji or one of the many after-market guys, mostly Asian suppliers. Big reel, no big deal, unravel it and reload in 7" reels.

Sounds like someone before you was dealing with tombstoning components. We have had greater success with triangular paeratures for 0603 and 0402 footprints. Granted the pad will not be wetted completly but IPC requirements are maintained.

The only contacts I have are in America, Amistar Sam Marcos, CA. They in turn get them from Asia and double the $ amount. What I am looking for is a contact in Asia or America that can get me a better deal.

We bought 2 1995 used board loaders (great deal)- they don't work, and Process Control Tech. is out of business. We have no manuals or schematics. Does anyone know where we can get them or lend us them or fax them to us?

It might be easier to answer what we havent seen. In todays economy everyone is looking for a deal. Just remember "there is no sex in the Champaign Room"

We too have recently got involved with conformal coating. We have had a good deal of sucess of cleaning the material off with gun wash. An aggessive solvent that does not harm the electronics and evaporates leaving no film

FYI: ZCR, British oven maker, was purchased by Quad many moons ago. When Tyco bought Quad, ZCR was not part of the deal. In fact I think production had stopped in the U.K. facility by then. Tyco has no legal obligation to suppoort these ovens.
