Dean How old are the DEK units that you have. The purpose of the printer will be for small runs. The problem Im having with our current ultriprint 2000 is it seems to require re-alignment each time the product is setup.

Ok i must be missing something. You are using a dek 03i screen printer for glue and it's not fast enough? there is no glue dispensing machine that i know of that will ever be faster then a screen printer at doing glue dots
