Mod code 7 is a placement delay.....changing it will slow your entire program down. If you just want to slow it down for 1 placement.....you have to insert a mod code change in the sequence steps....this is easily done in central controller. Good L

Not entirely clear on your question. We don't coat any of our hardware (assemblies are coated prior to hardware installation), so if coating needs to be reworked after this, then hardware removal is needed.

Try sending your boards to rework before SMT and have them remove the excess solder from the fiducials. It usually works great until someone accidentally removes the entire fiducial.

Hi To perform a BGA repair of a 0402 size component, on a 23" x 18" board, is it necessary to preheat the entire board or only the area where it will be repaired? Thanks!
