Great idea... thanks... I've just looked at our CP4 today, and can't for the life of me figure out how to set the board origin. I can't find any mention of it in our maintenance or operator manuals. Anyone out there know how to do this?

Hi all, Is anyone out there placing 0402 with a CP4? Not sure how reliable it would be and also how do work around the nozzle setup ? we currently have 2.5mm ,1.3mm & 1.0mm so do you remove say 6 x 2.5mm and put in 0.7mm. Any replies appreciated.

In the PD for 0603 I have a min size of 0.7mm and a max size of 1.0mm and the CP4 size at 0.0mm. This way when you have 1.0mm nozzles in the machine it will use that and when you change them to 0.7mm it will use that. Both sizes work OK. -Jerry

If you do not want to buy a new feeder there should only be 2-3 parts you need to change on your CP-4 feeder to make it an 0802. the only difference between the 0804 and the 0802 are the Link, the sprocket, and the stopper. Everything else is exact

We currently have a CP4-3 that is having the nozzle change alarm on different holders. there was a part found in the machine and I do not know if it is part of the machine or not, see picture. Any advice on what this part is or how to resolve this is
