Actually its one part. I had an idea to test some completely different, pre-defined component which has been placed on that machine before. Do You suspect there is a diabolical shape parameter somewhere ? :)

The MTU has it's own proper data file. You need to send that to the MTU.

Thanks ! I totally forgot that MTU had its own prop file, uploaded it from Flexa and now works fine.

All is OK now. The machine was offline couple months and probably some memory battery is dead. All problems were solved after uploading prop data to IP and MTU.

Also, sometimes placing heads "skip" some rotation - component is little skewed on board but vision shows "correct" numbers. Probably some mechanical error ?

Vision error found: YOU MUST CHANGE LAMPS SOMETIMES ! Also, the camera front-glass (with the cutout) must be correctly positioned :) Still looking the Q error on left head. Probably mechanical problem...

Indeed I found some vacuum problems, one replaced small hose was not fitted correctly. Lets see if that helps :) Great thanks ! Also, Travis, do you have any information how to adjust the milk-plexiglass slitted covers on line scan cameras ?

I would check your machine. Often times you purchase IP3's with two different camera's, to accomodate a wider range of components. This might be what you are running into. Questions: What is the size, color, etc.. of your component? Setting for each

Does anyone know the correct way to measure the pitch of the cavities between the rows and columns of waffle trays? Everytime that we measure using a caliper, it is always off. Is there a formula to use to determine the exact center of the cavities?
