George. I also wanted to let you know that PROMATION is now an exclusive distributor for QUICK soldering robots. These are about 1/2 the cost and work very, very well.

Did you change the Z-Axis amplifier? Do you have the old black unit or the new retro(blue box)? Have you checked the rear distribution board for a bad or burnt connection? If you haver any further questions please contact george@goppm.com

FYI, Cardinal just calls PPM with questions they don't know, so just call PPM direct. George knows all.
