I'm guessing you're running small batches of boards on the MyDatas. We had the same issue with management when they decided to save on parts (not realizing it cost them more in time and more frustration for us). We had Agilis feeders so that helped.

I doubt your machines dirty or calibration is out of wack, unless you beat it up real good. I have had the BX for a few years now and I have personally programmed over 700 recipes. Outside of monthly machine dust wipe downs and re-greasing the y-wag
