Clear the memory again and try to input by handheld the modcodes 1 by 1 and see when the problem happens. You can input a number then press home and home. Sounds to me like a number is incorrect but its hard to tell. Are you sure the file that you ar

Thanks Bob, I will change the z-rod just to make sure. It is a tall part read at 180. The nozzle height bugs me because we have 3 machines and the first one has a nozzle height of 238 while the 2 others around 200. I am thinking this parameter may ad

Pneumatic power down error does go back to MMX12. MM's info is communicated to NM (in PC enclosure) via 100 way cable. Depending on software version, the "Pneumatic Power Down" error may be the default (initial) error generated with bad connection /

We had an issue where a vision cable got cut and a few wires were exposed and possibly shorted. We fixed the cable and since then have had numerous errors with the last one being pneumatic power down. We have air to the machine and have checked the p

It is a communications failure between the CPU and the Cognex card. Does comms initiate between the 2 cards (flashing green on both)? or does it immediately come up red LED on Cognex? Have you reseated the CPU board as well as the Cognex? Is this a s
