I used to have the same issue with reed switches on one product we ran. Same oven too. We ended up rigging up an "umbrella" with two titanium stiffeners and bare PCB as the roof. It was hokey but it worked.

Solderability could be checked pretty quickly...try to solder the parts by hand, or try to get solder to flow to the terminals. That was the start of how we discovered our issue when we ran into it.

Is there anyone out in the community that has an old copy of the CKD VPHost software that's compatible with the old VP-1000 system? This was a software that ran on Windows XP. Looking to obtain a usable copy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Then you must be missing a piece of the software suite because I was able to keep and maintain "master" programs on the IS server and then create "job" programs each time they ran a job and those were sent to the machines from a central line control

We have a batch washer. When it was being installed I noticed their was some foam when testing empty. We had already ran a load previously. I asked the installer and he said that it takes very little for there to be foam.
