Does anyone have any experience using the ESE US-7000X screen printer. I'd looked on websites and forums for reviews but I couldn't find anything. Thanks.

Our biggest concern is "head in pillow". I need something that can easily find this defect and call it out. I don't want something that I need an operator reviewing for pass/fail.

I believe it was rated around 20K CPH, and the F1 outpaced it most of the time, including review, rework, and re-inspection.

The review time varies depending on the product. But it could take anywhere from 10s to over a minute depending. That doesn't leave much time left on this new line. What AOI are you using now and with what equipment?

There is a new website to source and see reviews on manufacturers. http://www.vendop.com They have PCB and many other different manufacturing categories as well. I've used them a few times for finding new vendors. Hope it will help.

In ESD-head parlance, chairs are "Process Required Insulators." Checking PRMs once every 3 months is a reasonable starting point. Review that period after a year.

Have you reviewed the wiring diagrams and checked voltages at the input card? Maybe you have a damaged IO card or broken cable.
