Probably depends on the model. We have DEK Horizon and we sometimes place 2 images on the same sheet (in the Y dimension. It's not possible for the X dimension). Just make sure that there's enough space for a paste roll and squeegees between the imag

The paste is going to roll as before because you have to apply the coating on the bottom side of the stencil. Also the coating that wears out will most probably go to your stencil cleaning paper as that the process wehn you actually have friction wit

paste should be 12-16mm in diameter. If your squeegee is the same size as your roll you shouldn't observe any difference for 15boards. Adding paste is important when you run hundreds and thousands of PSBs.

I have yet to find anyone at DEK to talk to and purchase. I will use it on corners , edges and critical parts only . This is a simple matter of user feedback when the past roll is getting too small.
