For fine pitch components we would suggest slow movement of metal squeegee. The effect of angle is minimal. You may check squeegees from Transition Automation they can help you with the holder and the best squeegee. I do not have the web site, Arman

Hi Dustin, It happened to us once and it was something very simple. We did maintenance to the Squeegee head and the problem was that the Squeegee head cover was not put back in place correctly, so it was interfering with the Squeegee up/down movement

Worked on these for many years as a Speedline FSE, now doing my own thing. You could have motion or alignment issues in the printhead. The setting in the INI could be wrong, but unlikely. Or are you just using the wrong squeegees. Without a stenc

I wouldn't expect them to define squeegee speeds any more than they would tell me which printer, squeegee blade, or surface metallization to use. Start at 1"/sec. and see what it looks like. Try 2"/sec and .5"/sec. and see if they're any worse or b
