Parvez: Most people use matrix tray feeders supplied by the placement machine supplier. Are you saying that Universal Instruments doesn't have a feeder for 28 mil square matrix trays? I'm suprised!!!! Dave F

I've been told that some Fuji machines have the ability to return rejected tray components back to their original positions in the matrix tray, rather than to a reject station. Can anyone describe/provide specifics about this function?

For all Tray type components the machine will not pickup from the tray using the adjust assistant (f6). It will default to a position where you can place the QFP onto the nozzle yourself by hand.
