Do you know how to read the I/O in the controller at your monitor? It's been too long for me to describe the process but I seem to remember that you can read the I/O and see exactly which switch is tripped, i.e., reads 1 instead of 0.

Hi . If the machine was not connencted to power ,the battery failed and the controllers exec was lost or corrupted. Check the bettery on J11 controler ,if it is dead this is the case. Change the battery and reload the exec. There is an exec file

If the part is kicking up on one side or the other make sure you've done the following: Replaced the inside formers, shoulder screws, shear block and o rings. It sounds like you have the clinch covered. Also check the driver tips. If they are smooth

Watch the air pressure gauge and make sure you have a good steady air pressure. I don't know about the Rad 5 but the Rad 3 was sensitive to fluctuations in air pressure. By any chance do you have a VCD running nearby when you are having the problems?
