Yes the Plastisol is ESD Safe. Make sure when ordering you specify black esd safe plastisol. We probably would pick it up anyhow, but best to make sure.

Thanks for the info. I have looked at an EVA mesh that will pass esd test as well as exposure to w/s flux and hot water. Stainless is great but the the softer material is what I want. I want to get samples of the thermoplastics from Mcmaster. Thanks

Hi, I have used several brands of cleaner but the best one is made by Aqueoustech which provides better result. Try it and you'll be amaze.The support is ok too. I am not in any connection with this company. I just share what I EXPERIENCE.

I spoke with my rep from Kyzen and he told me they have issues with the 4512 chemistry. I drained the 4512 out and put in our old "soap" and do not see any problems. That must have been it. Thanks for all your suggestions.

We are using an inline aqueous washer with saponifier to clean smt assemblies with rosin based no-clean solder paste. Looking for a reliable, cost-effective way to monitor the cleanliness of the assemblies after cleaning. Any recommendations?
