SMT Jumpers (links)

We're looking for a source of SMT links (Jumpers) 8mm - 10mm(.312in -.4in)long, capable of being placed by Panasonic MV2 series or MPA machines. Does anyone manufacture a feeder that creates links on demand?

I read my posting again, and it didn't sound right....what I meant was slow down your conveyor speed BY .5 to 1 FPM. So, if you're running @ 4 FPM, slow it down to 3.0 to 3.5 FPM.

I knew I was forgetting something. We use Smart Sonic 440-R, a mildly alkaline (ph 12.4 in the concentrate, we dilute to about 10%) detergent that they obviously recommend for use.

Can someone lead me to some articles or technical standards showing formulas/design criteria for thermal management in a BT BGA? I need to be able to dissipate about 4 Watts, and am having trouble finding information on how to calculate what our BGA

Did you have any luck in finding an acceptance criteria that QA accepted? We have had excellent results on signal pins of D-sunb connectors but the grounding prongs dod not meet IPC standard 610C, 4.3 Thanks, John
