Yes we can (at least show something that work for us) but hey, not possible to attach some pictures here... We don't have any problem with 0402:s on OK Corral... / Ps. Just get up mischief. Ds.

Hello, does anyone know if it's possible to wave solder 0402 components? Are there drawbacks? Where can I find technical details about recommended footprint and glue point? Last question: are there suggestions about wave soldering for ic with 0,635mm

I did not tried this before (never hada chance to do it) but I considered such option - maybe try using temporary wavesolder mask on such small components. Run both sides of PCB through SMT oven and then mask 0402 completely and go with wavesoldering

We have never dispensed adhesive for 0402, but here's your rules of thumb: * Nozzle diameter should be half the desired glue dot diameter. * Minimum of 0.010" gap between the adhesive and pad, both sides. We'd guess that you should be using a 0.3mm

I would like comments on how the industry handles 0402 parts, regarding identification. Since the parts are too small to be labeled, how can we accurately identify the parts and or values, either before or after assembly? When the boards go to test,

Greetings, I am pretty new to SMT production, and have learned much from this forum. I am getting ready to build a CCA with many 0402 parts that are really close together. I consider these fine pitch. The board also has two QFPS, so my stencil design

Is anyone out there successfully screen-printing SMD adhesive on an 0402 layout? We have successfully done 0603 and larger, but the deposition consistency on the 0402's is just not there. We don't always get enough epoxy on the board. We have tried a
