Hi, Guys, Can anybody tell me what kind of reflow profile is best for a no clean solder paste: Ramp-Soak-Spike or Ramp-to Spike? The paste we are using is AIM 293DX2B. Thanks a lot.

For PB solder, Indium has never failed to produce quality results. WS,RMA and 2%silver WS get my vote. Can't speak for PB-free though

We switched to Sn100C on 2 waves and kept one with SAC305. The SAC305 will be converted to SN100C as soon as the Aim rep. delivers it next week.
