Anyone know of a clean effective way to remove silkscreening from SMT components? We are currently using a laser source removal process and wish to consider alternatives.

No Disadvantages The reason they are used is they cool the boards at 2deg/p/sec leadfree spec for N2.Remmember the chinese have been building LF for years and are more advanced that Europpe nad America and most of the equipment is backed by Japanese

Speedline also sells 1 gallon and 5 gallon sizes too. I think the 1 gallon was about $140, I dunno about the 5 gallon though

I have a schematic drawing on a board I've never seen before. It looks like a zener but has 2 arrows pointing toward the junction line. Anyone have any idea what type part this is. The part itself looks like a radial cap.

I believe the table is aluminum. I think you will need to replace it if you want magnetic mounts. MPM has an upgrade, I cant remember what it costs, we thought it was too expensive but if your using it alot, its probably worth it, the screw in ones s

The parts were soldered in place on the first side. Any recommendations on material for this kind of fixture? I've shimmed boards off the belt before with titanium wave plows...but, I'd love to find something slightly more elegant.
