CEMCO Uk have done testing using SACX0307, SAC305 and Sn/Cu/Ni. The copper dissolution tests (report available) conducted at CEMCO showed that the lowest copper erosion rate was achieved by SACX0307. Regards Gerry

Any issues in your experience using SAC305 for reflow and SN100C for wave on ENIG pcbs? I've seen the CD, but there's not much specific data regarding ENIG pcbs Thanks

Is there a standard that we should aim for in respect to the strenght of the solder on SMT leads? We have a customer who are testing our product by pulling leads off of pads then returning them.

This may sound like advertasing, but I ran a DOE with five solder paste/flux manufacturers and somehow, the voids went away with the AIM solder.

For PB solder, Indium has never failed to produce quality results. WS,RMA and 2%silver WS get my vote. Can't speak for PB-free though

Have any of you used or evaluated lead free water soluble paste from kester or indium?
