In the future, please try to explain the situation with some detail. Usually this is the sensor on the 10th station to verify to nozzles are in the up position.

I do not recognize that part. Initially, lets disregard that part and try to troubleshoot. DO NOT loosen any bolts associated with the Nozzle change mechanism, else your day, will get worse.

Hi, I don't have any solution to the problem, but the component is an EMI-filter and not part of the machine. // Tegel

Does it error during nozzle center check, if so, manually switch all holders to small, try center again. It should do about 8 small nozzle centers before error, if so this helps rule out the 10th station, if not check the 10th.

Oh, IP2, holder 3 is not making the sensor that confirms it is up far enough for the X2 to move. It may even be just timing.

it sounds to me like a home sensor. try adjusting sensitivity if possible. move head manually to determine position at which home sensor is activated

Sounds to me like the z-encoder could be a problem. I cant remember but you may be able to disable a head in the system settings. Bob
