I was wondering if anyone out there had the re-install discs for a Dage Nordson XD6600 X-Ray system and would be able to image them and send along; the unit is no longer supported by Dage and my discs are MIA.

We use Tek spray SMD wipes which are virtually alcohol wipes. Work great along with a good price.

It is probably one of the Z lock solenoids not working properly. These are located along the Z axis and as part of the initiation of the machine, the Z measure the travel. Check the upper and lower Z locks

Thank you for the response. Nothing in the datasheet referring to a percentage of thermal pad coverage. I am thinking along the same lines. We are not failing any thermal or functional testing as is so am thinking there is no problem here except m
