Sounds like you need to run the MINT program. Boot the machine into MSDOS mode change directory to mint and type load. Let the machine auto detect the cards and re download the software to all cards.

This is not an HVAC unit. This is a small unit attached to a production machine to keep the solder paste from drying out prematurely or slumping. The volume of air being cooled and desicated would be less than 3 or 4 cubic meters.

correct, I also tried swapping motherboard but still same result. i the mean time i found battery leakage on Eurosys X1, replaced battery but now it won't start communication on machine initialization. got to repair it or something...

I have seen battery leakage damage traces on MINT cards... Since you indicate failure on machine initialization, assume you are able to communicate / accomplish MINT download. (?)

problem was solved by cleaning lid bolt connector on chassis... both lid bolt and chase clamps are controlled by SCB34 card, it seams that there is an issue with poor connection on lid bolt triggering this bug. I assume its bug because other card beh

Lots of things it could be (basics first): E-Stop pressed. Connections within E-stop circuit (mostly Y4). Connection of SYSTEM switch back to Y4. E-stop relay. Do double pushbuttons toggle partial SYSTEM?

It came out that 24V relay switch in the power supply part was simply broken. When we fixed that - stop button was pressed, but we came to this conclusion eventually!
