Orientation doesn't translate well from CAD. You need to confirm proper orientation in your machine program by comparison with an assembly drawing or a sample product.

Using Circuit Cam here. Not sure on the cost though. We use it to program our CS400E insertion machines as well. Makes nice work instruction drawings too.

If it looks like 2 zener symbols tyed together at their cathodes I belive this is a avalanche diode or transient voltage suppressor (TVS). If you have a p/n you could do a search on like digikeys wesite and possible get an idea.

De-Humidification cabinets. The draw back with Nitrogen is that it does not reset clock life. The De-Humidification cabinets will remove moisture and has been added for some levels in the standard.
