it sounds to me like a home sensor. try adjusting sensitivity if possible. move head manually to determine position at which home sensor is activated

Sounds to me like the z-encoder could be a problem. I cant remember but you may be able to disable a head in the system settings. Bob

Hi Kathy i had the same issue yesterday and find that a spring is not ok. and i also clean the sensors this was fixing the problem for me.

How can I get past error codes upon startup of a Panasonic BM221? There is a password required and this machine was acquired from an auction. Are there default passwords, or is there a way to reset the machine? Thanks

Have you checked WinMCS? it's the software in windows that controls the machine. if you open it up it might have thrown some error codes, i believe it has some diagnostics in it aswell.

Hi. Our X4 is posting the attached error code. In the reference menu, the table dances to align with the SMD stencil and the shuttled PCB. During this activity, hearing some new mechanical ticking sounds that were not hear before. Any suggestions on
