We are using Fuji-Flexa software and we are not sure where to go in the software to check the proper data. If anyone has Fuji-Flexa software and could direct us in the right direction please let me know. Thanks.

254 (odd parts) ........ go into the Flexa program and go over the vision number and click on it and than hit F1 for a list of numbers.

nobody know? Nobody cares. You need to contact the Fuji office that will handle the new location of the machine. FLEXA is a piece of software. Good luck getting it transfered.

Hi AJ, I do not know flexa software but the CP4 machines have the nozzle sizes in the header of the placement program for MCS2. Jerry

Hi all, I have a proto build of 3 cards - the 3 cards are being supplied on the same panel. what is the best way to program this on Fuji Flexa - each card will have a lot of the same references e.g C1 , C2 etc... aj...

AJ, you are making this harder than it realy is. Import the cad file with the BOM. Then use the panalize function built into Flexa to step and repeat for block 2 and 3. The ref. designators will be tied to each block (board).

I also use Flexa but we use QP3 and our vision number is 20. I would feel they are comparable libriares.

Does anyone know how to export Part Data from Flexa into CCIMF format - just want the parts only no board of Placement info etc? Is this possible ?

If you have the backup files for your program and proper. Try to flush-out the machine memory. Then try again to report CP4 to flexa. If the reporting went good, the communication must be ok. Resend the proper and program.
