Hello, I am having trouble getting our old CP3 to start up. When the machine starts to run, or when we try to center the nozzles, the CAM moves to 300 degrees and stops. The station 5 rotor just turns and turns with out ever centering the nozzles.

Hi, Are we talking about the pick-up tolerance so for any chip component set it to 0.5mm. It will save a lot of trouble right there. As for body tolerence if it is a zero then it will automatically use a standard value, based on the size of the body

We are looking at replacing our aging 4790 for something. We are replacing our GSM1 with an Advantis. We are a prototype shop and do runs of 5 to 30 normally and once in a while a run of 300. So we are looking for flexibility and ease of set up.
