As I am certain you have discovered, no clean solder paste has removed most inline cleaners from the production floor and the pallets that were cleaned simultaneously with the PCBs are now accumulating flux residue. Permali, the maker of Durostone

Hi Jason I think Wolfgang has this one nailed. If it's the same four pins every time and nothing changes this, even rotating the board 90 degrees, then you're probably going to find something like a ground plane connected to them. I don't think sol

Thanks for all the ideas. I tried solder "thieves" by placing some desoldering wick behind the briging pins and it worked! I have yet to try Chrys' idea but I will first thing Monday. This is a new board that has had this problem from day one. I

Am I missing something here? I usually put some type of stiffener or support on the leading edge to make sure the PWB doesn't sag in the middle from the preheat. If I had to add a bean bag with shotgun pellets or BB's I would have boards falling out
