I am looking for an source that is selling these pads for a reasonable cost. The manufacturer is requesting a outrageous price and was looking for more sources. I am also looking for replacement blades and new set of blades as well.

When I try to bootup the machine I am getting an error that reads Dumping physical memory and a bunch of numbers & letters on the screen. The machine runs windows NT. Has anyone else had a problem like this before.

I agree. Go tell your boss he doesn't know crap and he should fix it himself. That is typically the best route to go.

That was the first thing I did. I reloaded the software and machine actually started to work. After 2 hours machine crapped out again with same problem.

Thanks guys, I took out the harddrive and I am in the process of getting one. It is about 90G capacity by Hitachi. Now do I need to get the same size or bit higher? Thanks

Assuming you have the scale that corresponds with Board Width for center justified stencil. Formula would be: 2 x (distance to image {mm} - 368) = Board Width (setting on scale) http://www.dekhead.com/
