I know there is a way to zero an IP3 with out reboot the whole machine. From page zero hold down F6 and something else. This would really come in handy. If you know how, could you please let me know. Thanks in advance... Larry J

Has anyone changed out the old 4400 vision processor on a Fuji IP3 and replaced it with a newer 4800 vision processor. What does it take to do this and what does it consist of doing. What do I need to order from Fuji in order to do this.

Anyone ever seen an X1 encoder alarm on an IP3? We get it soon after power up and the x1 axis never locks. We have a motor/encoder on order but I've never seen this error message and am not positive that will fix it.

For the IP3 to reliably place BGAs the machine needs the 4800 vision card and type 12 camera. From the problems i see here you must have the 4400 card and a type 8 or 9 camera. It would also seem that a calibration is in order. I have calibrated and

Hi there: I'm having trouble to assign an adequate vision Type to dpak components in Fuji Flexa (placed by an IP3, SMD3 vision system). Currently we're using 254 but accuracy is reduced and also can be placed backwards (yes, I know... supplier packag
