Hi all, Can anyone tell me where to get a motherboard for an AP27. I've tried speedline already but I'm being told we need to upgrade the whole pc which we find a bit too expensive. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Jim, We had a similar problem with an AP-27. You could try to jumper the wires which lead in to the reed switch. Failing that you could swap out the opto module for this, in our machine it's located in rack 2-15. Rgards, Kev.

Hi Does anyone have a calibration manual for a MPM AP25-Hie ? Have noticed recently that we have a slight mismatch between board and stencil when printing. I have the user manual but we didn't get calibration when we bought this machine Thanks Nic

MPM AP-27 preferred over MPM AP-20 The issue is release of paste from the stencil. A vertical lift printer kinda snaps the stencil away from the board to complete the print cycle. The inertia and the rheometric properties of the paste make it rele

Dax, Just an FYI....we have had AP25's for years. I have never had to calibrate them. Also, I am not a MPM service guy but I would have to say that if your standard deviation numbers are coming up less than .001" you are doing ok there. Sounds to m

We've always been MpM so no comparison from me on DEK. All I can say is we have had 3000 series that seemed to need constant attention and almost daily wrenching. We got a couple of AP25 HiE's and they are easier to use, way more reliable and simpl

Hi, Please help on this problem with an MPM AP25 screen printer. Everytime we print the error Squeegee Pressure Not Set is prompted. Although we can still print by clicking on Next, it beats the purpose of having an automatic printing machine. Can s
