Our company has purchased five new MPM printers (2 BTB ,3 HiE) and a common issue for all the machines is the offset changes. Whenever we start working with an existing program, we always need to adjust the offsets. How can we avoid this?

You need a machine with side clamps. DEK makes them. MPM makes them. Look into a retro for your machine. Both take up space on top of your board. Be carefull of top side component clerance if switching.
