I'm very new to the SMT process but I'm tasked to qualify a MPM Printer and a Panasert PnP m/c. The product consists of 6-10 different parts of a total of around 70. Please advice on the parameters for each m/c which I should focus on for optmization

CN, I forgot a couple things. The DEK printers are easy to program at about 3-5 min. The MPM is a little more difficult to program and it takes about 20-30 min. Resale value is also in DEKs favor. Just look around in the equipment section and see all

We have an MPM SPM-AV screen printer and we need to replace the Z-axis timing belt. P/N of timing belt is P2387. Anyone know what the length is does not specify in manual? And instructions on how to remove and replace it? No mention in MPM maintenan

Harry- That's true but we weren't hear to discuss what's the cheapest printer around. The guy wants to step up in technology without jumping into the Mercedes-Benz of printing. In my mind any MPM printer below a UP-2000 would not serve his purpose.
