Very late but here's my 2 cents. Will require a custom fixture for every flex or semi-rigid flex. Depending on panel thickness; use 2 tooling hole to fixture on one axis, other tooling holes will have pullers to ensure proper placement. Even with the

Hi. We appear to have a basic grip on using the CAD2CAD tool v1.5 from Assembleon for our PCB designs. Can anyone offer advice on how to take our PCB design and allow us to panelize the single PCB to say 2-up or 4-up, etc. So that we can visualize th

does it only do this with one assembly or panel config? i have seen this when the sensor shoots through a hole in the pcb/panel. the machine sees the panel come in, but it either overshoots or moves slightly into the open area. if i remember correctl

If you could measure and chart 3 variables in my process, what would they be? The boards that I produce are on panels that are 12up and 2x4 up. All boards are single sided paper base w/o plated thru holes. They are on scored panels that measure 7"
