1. Use ultrasonic cleaner after you manually wipe out the main amount of solder. 2. Ask yourself why you have misprints so often. I work in this industry for 20 years and can't recall having many misprints. Something in your process should be fixed.

I don't recall if the heater wattage is the same or not for the different pots. If the wattage is different then the PID algorithm is also different. this anticipated when & by how much the heater will overshoot its setpoint and turns the heater off

I ran those KE750 & KE760 machines more than 5 years ago. As I recall, it can do some sort of gang pick, just not fully simultaneously. It picks with one head first then, it picks up with the 2nd head with minor delay after the 1st pick.
