I would go with wire thickness + 0.4 to 0.8 mm for pad width, and pre-tinned lenght + 0.5mm what seems to me like problem is that it can easily roll off the pads in reflow oven

OK guys i finally traced the error it was the R-Axis motor rolling bearing. It broke so the motor could not start.

Don't suppose the coil manufacture could make the coil with the leads coming straight out from the winding on opposite sides and on the same plane. Then it can't roll around. SMT pads may have to be staggered a bit. Just a thought.

No problem. We are very high mix too, but when we switched to 100% paste inspection to counteract the ineffective paste roll detection we found the printer was now by far the slowest.

Do Proper underneath stencil cleaning. if the cleaning not effective, check Vaccuum section of the printer machine. Else change the Wipe roll. Trying out with other cleaning solvent (dedicated to stencil cleaner) also improve this issues.

That's part of why I didn't do it. We hired a roll back to come get them.

Just to add some more caveats, the rate at which the paste leaves the tube will also be dependent on the (somewhat) fluctuating variables of temp and humidity. This is why a height measurement of the paste roll on the screen works better.
