I think your pre-heat temp is a little low for SAC 305 Soldering. Especially with a Pallet. You might want to try to add some time and temp to get the PWB itself preheated up to 150-160C. That should help with the barrel fill. Make sure your board

We have using SAC305 type solder paste for lead free process. One sample paste received of SN100C.After reflow SN100C type paste joint looks brighter and good compare to SAC305. Please help me which paste is good for smt process?

Has anyone else had failures with Leds from EOI? The part number is EOZ-ZARNCD0-DG. We are using a lead free no clean process using SAC305 solder. These are thru hole parts and our max temp is 244 for 3 seconds. Please if anyone else had issues
