Try a fid teach on your changers. I don't recall how to do it but you'll find it pretty easy if you surf around. Also, the seals on the nozzles must be good and soft. If you can still get them new, I'd replace. Same goes for seals in changers. C

Hi ! Try fresh DRY solder paste... Keep solder paste in a sealed container until the moment of use. Humidity absorbed by the soldering paste becomes vapor violently at the moment of heating it , expelling the solder in form of balls everywhere.

Supplier currently using pressure sensitive cover tape. They tell me that getting a new system with heat sealed tape capabilities will cut their throughput in half. Could this be true?
