Hi Scott, The only information that I have on the Intelliplace machine is that it is their own design unlike the other models (Casio) that they are licensed to sell. As for the other machine (Europlacer Progress 6), I have an extensive background wit

I agree with AVFM. We have had at least 5 TP machines and a MY12. We stick carrier tape to scrap circuit boards with double sided tape. Teach it as a tray. Works perfect. The Count On strip feeder looks cool but is no necessary in my opinion.

Genny, you may want to look at the brds you will be running and identify the various packages. I do not know what a standard package is. Most chip resistor and capacitors, 0402, 0603, 1206, 1210's are on 8mm feeders, but ic's vary quite a bit. Also r

There are pem nuts on the back side of the teddy bear face. One of them probably fell off and either shorted your main board or it is lodged in the belt and pulley that drives the advancing wheels. Take the front part of the feeder off that has the t

We recently (6 months ago) started production with our Samsung SM421 w/ side tray handler and love it so far. Software can be somewhat buggy sometimes but they are working on it I am told. The side tray handler makes a huge difference not eating up a

Hello all, We have a My12 pick and place machine and have had limited success taping component strips to the tray wagon. Because we are a low volume/high mix business, we use a variety of packages. We are considering purchasing a strip feeder from
