Dunno, but if I had to guess, your DI is corroding the stainless. But then again, some saponifier concentrations can be overly caustic

Is this the same stuff that builds-up on the walls of poly washers running DI open-loop? If not, what is that stuff? We clean with bathtub cleaner.

This should be the Ultraclean II H2O that Electrovert had made by Tooltronics. If so, I may be able to get a manual from 1989 machine.

Filter & match a PH level their happy with & release? I would push them to put something in email or letter for what they require though, otherwise it could come back & cost you
