Revelation Industries has an Electrovert MPK1-24774. The manual lacks sufficient information to troubleshoot and fix this problem:

Reference: Minipack 300 Wavesoldering System 1986 edition, pg, 18, fluxer, Threshold adjustment. After completing the field calibration for FDC-450, I followed the instructions on adjusting the Threshold setting. With the density value set a .875, I turned the set screw to the right 14 times from zero and to the left 14 times from zero, and the value of the specific gravity on the LED display never changed. At no time did the LED "flux" nor the LED "Thinner" turn on. They should have turned on or off by adjusting the set screw CW or CCW. What do I do to trouble shoot the problem and fix it? Does anyone know of awebsite for which instructions and manuals are stored in digital form for this machine?
