Panasonic CM402 / CM602 / DT401 Engineer password | 29 September, 2025

Hi everyone

I recently purchase Panasonic DT401 (Model No. KXF-E64C) in condition were is as is..

So I do not know Engineer password to test it.

Is there way how to recovered it ?

Also at bottom left corner of screen is message: PT. Communication Error

The PT comms error relates to the offline programmer PT200 software needed to upload SMT placement programs. The default passwords are usually either nothing at all or the machine model CM401 so try them. If not it would've been set by the installer. So you have the engineering set up disc? If you do you can load the disc and reboot.
